Discover
Your
Values

What do you actually stand for? Most leaders have never stopped to figure it out.

Discover Your Core Values is a free, guided exercise that helps you cut through the noise, name your non-negotiables, and define what leadership looks like, in your own words.

Free. No sign-up. Takes about 10 minutes.

BE HONEST
You make dozens of decisions a day on behalf of other people.

But when was the last time you got clear on what drives yours?

Most professionals,  especially those in support, operations, and leadership-adjacent roles, have never been asked to articulate their values.

Not in a wishy-washy, poster-on-the-wall way. In a practical, "this is the line I won't cross and this is the hill I will die on" way.

That's what this exercise is for.

HOW IT WORKS

What You'll Do

Step 1:
Browse and Select

You'll see 65 values, from Accountability to Wisdom.
Tap the ones that genuinely resonate with you.
No overthinking, just instinct.

Step 2:
Narrow and Prioritise

From your initial picks, you'll narrow to 10, then choose your top 5. These are the values you cannot lead without.

Step 3:
Define in Your Own Words

This is where it gets powerful. You'll write what each value actually means to you — not a dictionary definition, but your version. The one that shows up in how you work, decide, and lead.

YOUR RESULTS

A values compass you can actually use

At the end of the exercise, you'll get:

  • Your Core 5 Values - named, ranked, and defined in your own words

  • A Leadership Compass - a visual snapshot of what drives your decisions

  • A personal values statement you can refer back to when things get noisy

It's not a personality test. There are no right answers. It's a mirror, and most people are surprised by what they see.
