I've been where you are. That's why I built this.
I'm Meg, speaker, trainer, mentor, and the person who got tired of waiting for someone to build what admin professionals actually needed. So I built it myself.
MY STORY
From the trenches of admin to building something that matters
I spent years doing the work that keeps organisations running, managing up, putting out fires, anticipating problems before anyone else saw them coming. I was strategic, capable, and constantly evolving. But the career development? The recognition? The "what's next?"
Nobody was building that for people like me.
"I got tired of waiting for someone to create the tools, training, and community that admin professionals deserve.
So I thought: sod it, I'll do it myself."
Connected Assistants was born from that frustration, and from the belief that the people who make organisations actually function deserve more than a pat on the back and a mug on Admin Professionals' Day.

With an MBA under my belt and currently pursuing a degree in organisational psychology, I combine real-world experience with deep academic insight. I've worked across startups, global businesses, and high-growth environments. I know first-hand what it takes to lead from any role, navigate change, and challenge outdated perceptions about what admin professionals can achieve.

This isn't motivational fluff. It's practical, honest, and occasionally sweary — because growth doesn't have to be boring, and you don't have to be polished to be powerful.
