Presence is often described as confidence, charisma, or gravitas. In practice, presence is something quieter and more relational. It is the ability to remain steady, clear, and connected, particularly when situations are complex, emotionally charged, or fast-moving.
Presence That Connects explores presence as a leadership capability rooted in calm authority rather than performance. This session focuses on how presence is built through self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional communication, especially in roles that require influence without formal authority.
Designed for Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and operational professionals working closely with senior leaders, this session examines how presence shows up in everyday moments at work. Participants will explore how they are perceived in meetings, conversations, and decision points, and how small shifts in awareness and behaviour can significantly strengthen trust and credibility.
